ANALYSIS (WPC WALL PANEL)
Product Name: Interior Decorative Woc Wall Covering Panel Ultra low maintenance interior decorative building material, WPC wall and ceiling panel, no need to paint or stain, no extra time or maintenance cost
Production process of WPC products:
1. The wood and PVC raw material are placed in the blender and mixed evenly. Then the pellets are extruded at a standard temperature.
2. According to the formulas, different granules are put into the blender and mixedequally.
3. The profile will then be extruded through a mold. After cooling, the profiles solidify, creating the shape like the mould.
4. Cut to standard size or according to customer’s requirement.
5. Profile processing – grained surface, brushed surface, embossed, surface, anti-UV surface.
6. Stick the film on the surface to protect it.
7. Package and delivery.
WPC wall and ceiling panel has advantages of rot proof, waterproof, termite proof, fire resistant, flame retardant, no toxic release, light and natural texture.
